About

Accept the estimation to discover the budget, anticipate the timeline, and divide roles.

Our journey in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) began with the Hoxton Paris project, where I took the lead on behalf of Dynamo. Over time, I began managing the agency’s interior design projects and leading the team responsible for FF&E/OS&E. Together, we furnished iconic establishments such as SO, MOB, Kimpton, Cotton House Mustique, Mama Shelter Luxembourg, the New York Art of Marvel Hotel, Cartier on rue de la Paix, Le Jules Verne, Le Grand Intercontinental, and many more.

In 2022, I launched Holdon, specializing in FF&E project consulting and guidance. The following year, I partnered with my friend Gaëtan to take our expertise even further.

Gaëtan, a Vatel Nîmes graduate, began his career by securing a position at La Monnaie de Paris during a bold day trip. From there, he managed operations for the Maisons Pariente Group, overseeing the openings of prestigious properties like Lou Pinet, Crillon le Brave, and Coucou Méribel. Later, he transitioned to FF&E and OS&E management with the Laurent Taieb Group for Madame Rêve and the Too Hotel. As an independent consultant, Gaëtan coordinated projects for brands such as Mondrian, MGallery, and Hyde.

From lifting a 7-meter carpet to the 17th floor in Miami via video call during COVID-19 (all while feeding a baby at 3 AM) to managing the installation of 450 beds in Ibiza amidst construction chaos, we’ve weathered every imaginable challenge. With over €80M worth of FF&E/OS&E projects under our belts, we’ve seen firsthand how insufficient budgets and a lack of understanding of project complexities can derail even the best plans. This experience inspired us to create Figurz—an online tool that helps swiftly define interior design budgets for hotels. Figurz is designed for investors, developers, architects, decorators, operators, project managers, and suppliers who need quick, reliable insights into project timelines and budgets before diving in.
