I am starting out in FF&E and OS&E with the Hoxton Paris project, which I am leading on behalf of Dynamo. Gradually, I am supervising the agency team responsible for all interior design projects. Gradually, I began to lead the team responsible for the agency’s FF&E/OS&E projects. Together, we furnished numerous establishments such as SO, MOB, Kimpton, Cotton House Mustique, Mama Shelter Luxembourg, the New York Art of Marvel Hotel, Cartier on rue de la Paix, Le Jules Verne, Le Grand Intercontinental, and many others. In 2022, I founded Holdon and specialized in FF&E project consulting and guidance. In 2023, I met my friend Gaëtan.

A graduate of Vatel Nîmes, I began my career with a day trip to secure a position at La Monnaie de Paris. Subsequently, I managed operations for the Maisons Pariente Group and oversaw the openings of Lou Pinet, Crillon le Brave, and Coucou Méribel. Thereafter, I transitioned to FF&E and OS&E management with the Laurent Taieb Group for Madame Rêve and the Too Hotel. Later, I coordinated projects for renowned brands such as Mondrian, MGallery, and Hyde as an independent consultant.

Whether it was hoisting a 7-meter carpet to the 17th floor in Miami via video call during COVID-19 while feeding a baby at 3 AM, or remotely managing the installation of 450 beds in Ibiza amidst ongoing construction work, we are the seasoned veterans of the €80M worth of FF&E/OS&E projects we have navigated (and the inevitable hurdles that came with them). We both realized that the main sources of project complications were insufficient budgets and a lack of understanding of the complexities involved in FF&E/OS&E.

These projects led us to create Figurz. It is an online tool designed to swiftly define interior design budgets for hotels. Initially, Figurz is partially free and anonymous because before embarking on a project, investors, developers, architects, decorators, operators, project managers, and suppliers all simply need an idea of the timelines and budgets involved.
